Metropollen refund policy 

1. General Policy
At Metropollen, we strive to sell the finest honey and other associated pollinator products and we hope you are happy with your purchase. Please choose carefully, as all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items purchased unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. 

2. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item you purchased is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description provided at the time of sale, you are entitled to a refund in accordance with your legal rights. 

3. Reporting Faulty Goods
If you believe an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@metropollen.co.uk with your proof of purchase and photographs of the issue. We will review your claim and advise on the next steps. 

4. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our www.metropollen.co.uk.
